DI Projectile Fix
A small Forge mod that fixes a bug in Domestication Innovation where players become immune to projectile damage.
The Problem: Domestication Innovation adds a feature to prevent players from accidentally shooting their own tamed pets. However, it uses Minecraft's team/alliance system to detect pet ownership. When players are on the same scoreboard team, the mod incorrectly identifies them as "pets" of each other and cancels all projectile impacts between them.
The Fix: This mod registers event handlers that run after Domestication Innovation's handlers and forcibly re-enables projectile impacts on players. It intercepts cancellations at multiple levels of the damage chain (ProjectileImpactEvent, LivingAttackEvent, LivingHurtEvent, LivingDamageEvent) to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Result: Players can once again damage each other (and themselves) with arrows, tridents, javelins, and other projectiles while preserving DI's pet protection feature.
