Description

Overview

The Farmer’s Sickle is a fireproof, single-item legendary weapon with two powerful area abilities and six elemental ranged attacks. Keep it equipped to command nature around you, strengthen yourself, and launch elemental harvest bolts at enemies.

The sickle can be held in either hand, but its abilities stop immediately when you no longer hold it.

How To Use

Elemental Bolts

The sickle begins attuned to Fire. Press J while holding it to cycle through the elements in this order:

Fire → Water → Ice → Lightning → Wind → Earth → Fire

The HUD displays the current attunement. Right-click to launch a visible elemental bolt in the direction you are looking. Bolts travel forward, damage living targets on impact, and disappear when they hit a block or target.

A bolt can be fired about every 0.6 seconds.

Garden of Eden

Press G while holding the sickle to activate Garden of Eden.

  • Lasts for 12 seconds
  • Affects living entities within roughly 6 blocks
  • Applies strong Slowness and Poison to nearby targets
  • Repeatedly refreshes its effects while they remain in the garden
  • Has a 30-second cooldown

Garden of Eden affects nearby living entities other than the wielder, making it useful for controlling groups of enemies.

Farmer’s Domain

Press H while holding the sickle to activate Farmer’s Domain.

  • Lasts for 15 seconds
  • Grants the wielder:
  • Strength III
  • Speed II
  • Health Boost IV
  • Regeneration II
  • Resistance II
  • Has a 45-second cooldown

The buffs are continuously maintained while the domain is active and the sickle remains equipped.

Abilities And Mechanics

Element Effects

Element Direct damage Impact effect
Fire 8 damage Sets the target on fire for 5 seconds and creates a small explosion.
Water 6 damage Extinguishes the target, pushes it back, and applies Slowness II for 4 seconds.
Ice 7 damage Applies Slowness IV for 6 seconds.
Lightning 12 damage Summons a lightning bolt on the target and applies Slowness II briefly.
Wind 5 damage Strongly launches the target and pushes other nearby living entities within about 3.5 blocks.
Earth 10 damage Applies Slowness II for 3.5 seconds.

Elemental damage is magical damage. The projectile’s appearance also reflects its element with flames, splashes, snowflakes, sparks, clouds, or earth-like impact particles.

Holding Requirement

Garden of Eden, Farmer’s Domain, element cycling, and elemental firing all require the Farmer’s Sickle to be in either hand. Switching to another item ends active Garden or Domain effects immediately, although their cooldowns continue.
