TruHearts

You probably already know this since you're looking at this mod but your heart bar does not show your actual hearts. When you see nine-and-a-half hearts, that could mean your health is exactly 19.5 or it could be 19.91.

If you want to know your true hearts, this give you that. It also shows you what is damaging you and by how much.

Does it look good? Hell yeah. But see for yourself.

    Shows your real health, unrounded Minecraft rounds your HP so your true health is hidden, but with TruHearts, you see the real value.

    Shows absorption too When absorption is active (golden apple etc.), the overlay extends with `+ N` in gold so you see the hidden float behind the gold hearts.
