This mod lets you pick up your dog and carry it with you—so it actually survives your adventures.
How it works
Pick up your tamed wolf and place it on your head While carried, it won’t wander off or get itself killed You can safely explore caves, lava pools, and dangerous terrain
Bonus
When sitting on your head, your dog will warn you about nearby hostile mobs trying to sneak up on you.
No more surprise creepers.
