Phantoms now only aggro when looked at, just like Endermen.

Description

With this mod installed, Phantoms will no longer aggro like they normally do, and must be looked at to aggro in the same way as Endermen.

You can edit some of the properties of this mod under config\Dont_Look_At_Phantoms-common.toml
Here are the properties you may edit, and more is explained within the config itself.
