Description
Dragon's Domains
Unlock. Customize. Clash.
Dragons Domains is a Forge 1.20.1 mod that adds a full anime-inspired domain expansion system to Minecraft. Your domain isn't handed to you — you earn it through PvP, shape it with XP, and prove it in multiplayer clashes.
How It Works
Step 1 — Enter the System
Kill another player to obtain an Incomplete Soul. Surround it with diamonds to craft an Orb of Domain, then build the Domain Table — your personal progression hub.
Step 2 — Unlock Your Domain
Spend vanilla XP at the Domain Table to unlock Incomplete Domain — a weak, dark, unstable first domain. This is just the beginning.
Step 3 — Shape Your Power
Invest XP into branching upgrade paths to specialize your domain across multiple axes:
- Barrier Strength — How tough your domain shell is
- Domain Size — How much space you control
- Domain Efficiency — How much XP it costs to stay open
- Custom Attacks — What your domain does to anyone caught inside
- Hand Signs — Your personal activation style
- Themes — The look and feel of your domain interior
You can't max everything. Specialization is the point.
Step 4 — Activate
Press G to open your domain. A cinematic hand-sign cutscene plays, a barrier shell forms in the overworld, and everyone nearby gets pulled into your personal runtime dimension.
Step 5 — Clash
When two or more players activate domains at the same time, a Domain Clash begins. A tug-of-war bar appears, players mash to overpower each other, and the winner's domain takes over. Supports up to 8 players in a free-for-all.
