Dynamic Trees for BetterEnd

Bring Dynamic Trees support to the trees and giant fungi added by BetterEnd.
This addon integrates BetterEnd's vegetation with Dynamic Trees, allowing it to behave just like a native Dynamic Trees species. Instead of using BetterEnd's standard tree system, supported species will grow, branch, and interact with the world using Dynamic Trees' mechanics while preserving the gameplay experience intended by BetterEnd.
