Effect Totems

This mod adds craftable totems that give you a permanent effect while in your inventory! Note that you don't have to hold the totem for it to work, it can be anywhere in your inventory!

You can craft a totem with a netherite block, four nether stars, a totem, and a potion with the effect of your choice (excluding instant effects). Note that the recipe uses a normal potion, not a splash or lingering potion and that you can't use extended duration potions since the totems have a permanent effect. THe arrangement of items for the recipe is a totem in the middle, netherite block on the bottom middle, nether stars in the four corners, and the potion of your choice in the top middle.

All the effect totems can be found in the tools tab of the creative inventory.

This mod should be compatible with other mods' potions, but no guarantees. However the name for the effect totem of another mod's potion will just be its translation key rather than a proper name. If you want the names of totems for a certain mod's potions fixed, just create an issue on the github repo and I'll add the translations for that mod (it's just infeasible for me to go through looking for all mods that add custom potions on my own which is why you'd have to let me know about a mod you wanted the translations for).
