NOTE: MAJOR REWORK HAPPING SOON! I HAVE BEEN COOKING UP SOMETHING WILD FOR YOU GUYS!!! The update I called, "Deities Descent Update", This will allow for custom deities, how they behave int he world , player sided chanting (yes no longer are you bound by changing in the book, it will now be its own spell casting mechanic exclusive to eidolon, i dub thee "Active Chanting"), Custom Research, Facts, Custom Effigy's effects and more. This is also done as a big thanks to the 1k+ downloads I got so far. Documentation will be reworked offering a step by step process to help you through each aspect of datapack design. My Goal here is to allow you to utilize Eidolon and its lore as a basis for your own codex entries. so hopefully we expand this to a shareable experience were we can make as much content as we wish for such an awesome mod. I've always want to make an addon for eidolon since 1.16.5 and now I was able to, so hope u guys will like what i will deliver soon.

Eidolon Unchained is an amazing addon for Eidolon Repraised that lets you create, organize, and localize new codex entries  using standard Minecraft datapacks and resource packs!

This project is designed to add value for players and modpack creators by making it easy to share lore, guides, and custom documentation in-game. All content is original or open-source, and the system is built to be safe, compatible, and respectful of both Minecraft’s and CurseForge’s rules.

Add new codex entries and chapters with simple JSON files—no Java knowledge needed.
Fully translatable using Minecraft’s language system for accessibility.
Supports rich page types: text, title, entity, recipe, ritual, and more.
Modular design: clean separation of data and assets for easy use in any modpack.
No coremodding, no overwriting, and no bundled third-party content.
Open to feedback and collaboration—please use the comments or issues section for suggestions and bug reports.
How to Use:

Place your datapack (with a data/ folder and pack.mcmeta) in your world’s datapacks/ folder.
Place your resource pack (with an assets/ folder and pack.mcmeta) in the resourcepacks/ folder.
Reload or restart Minecraft to see your new codex content.
