Eldritch Grotto adds a new dimension with many new blocks and items.

In order to enter the Eldritch grotto, you must craft En for the portal frame and a Soul Lighter to light it. This dimension has a Void, so you should be very careful here.

-----------------------------------------------------Blocks:--------------------------------------------------------------

Eldritch Monolith:

-A very common stone that makes up all of the floating islands in the Eldritch Grotto. There are Overgrown and Brick variants too.

Aeg:

-A common stone found in small veins in the Eldritch Grotto. It can be crafted with one Soul Obsidian, one Deepslate, and two Eldritch Monolith.

En:

-An uncommon stone found in veins in the Eldritch Grotto. It is used for creating the Portal and can be crafted with four Nether Quartz, four Blocks of Iron, and one Netherite Scrap.

Soul Obsidian:

-This variant of Obsidian can be found in the Overgrown Columns biome and is used for making Aeg, Dread Chambers, and Potions of Soul Resisitance.

Soul Moss:

-One of the most common plants in this mod. It is found in the Eldritch Grotto and is purely decorative.

Spectral Gleam:

-A common block found under the floating islands of the Eldritch Grotto. If right-clicked on while the player has at least one Soul Torch in their inventory, the block will break and release a Soul.

Glowblooms:

-Purple decorative flowers found in the Glowbloom Gardens biome. These can be made into Magenta Dye.

Soulblooms:

-Blue decorative flowers found atop Soul Obsidian pillars in the Overgrown Columns biome. These can be made into Light Blue Dye.

Ghostly Reed:

-Spectral Stalks that are found underground in the Eldritch Grotto. They can only grow in low light levels and can be used to craft Paper or Potions of Spectral Vision.

Losianium:

-A common crystal found underground in the Eldritch Grotto. There can rarely be a crystal cluster inside of these ore clumps. The crystal shard is an important crafting ingredient in Dread Chambers and Smithing Templates.

Soulmetal:

-Obtained from right-clicking a Soul and can be made into Blast-Proof Blocks. It is also used in crafting a Dread Chamber.

The Dread Chamber:

This is a rare craftable block that is used to summon the Soulkeeper Boss. In order to activate it, you will need to find an Eldritch Pearl. Place the Pearl in the block, then right-click it to activate it (Do NOT activate the Chamber outside of the Eldritch Grotto, as it will explode). This will summon a group of common Overworld mobs along with the Soulkeeper. You can right-click on the block after defeating the Soulkeeper and obtaining a Key to get loot. Ether Keys give much better loot than Soul Keys.

Ethereal Trees:

-These are common trees found in the Eldritch Grotto that contain a new, light blue wood set. They can only grow on Eldritch Grotto blocks.

Ethersteel:

-This is a pretty rare ore found in the Eldritch Grotto. It never generates next to air, spawns in veins of up to four, and is easiest to find at Y=24-30. It can be used to make very strong gear.

Eldritch Pearls:

-These are rare items that can be found in Eldritch Ruins within the Eldritch Grotto. They are used to activate a Dread Chamber.

Ethersteel Gear:

-This gear set is crafted with Ethersteel Ingots, Ethersteel Upgrades and Netherite Gear. It is stronger than Netherite and the tools have some special variants. These special variants can be crafted with specific Upgrades that can be crafted or found.

Smithing Templates:

-This mod includes a few Smithing Templates. They are used to Upgrade Netherite Gear, create special Ethersteel Tools and Weapons, and to upgrade Soul Keys into Ether Keys.

Music Discs:

-There are two new Music Discs in this mod:

 -Lost and Found can be found in Eldritch Ruin Chests and common Dread Chamber loot.

 -Soulstruck is found in rare Dread Chamber loot and is guranteed to drop when unlocking them with an Ether Key.

----------------------------------------------New Enchantment:---------------------------------------------------------

-There is one new Enchantment in this mod called Soul Breaching. It can be found occasionally in rare Dread Chamber loot and can be applied to swords. The enchantment will apply an extra bit of damage to the target a few ticks after the target is hurt.

-----------------------------------------------------Biomes:-------------------------------------------------------------

Eldritch Grotto:

-This is the most common biome found in the Eldritch Grotto Dimension. It just contains Soul Moss and Eldritch Monolith, along with Ghostly Reeds in the caves.

Glowbloom Gardens:

-The rarest biome in the Eldritch Grotto. It contains large quantities of Glowblooms.

Overgrown Columns:

-This is an uncommon biome that contains large pillars made of Soul Obsidian. Ethereal Trees grow here.

--------------------------------------------------New Structure:----------------------------------------------------------

Eldritch Ruins:

-This structure is found uncommonly in every Eldritch Grotto biome. It is the only source of Eldritch Pearls, and it can commonly contain some rare Smithing Templates and resources.

------------------------------------------------------Mobs:---------------------------------------------------------------

Soul:

These are small passive creatures that will spawn when a Player frees one from Spectral Gleam or when a Soulkeeper dies. They can be right-clicked to free them and will give the player 1-3 Soulmetal Ingots when freed.

BOSS

The Soulkeeper:

This is a strong Boss mob that spawns when a player activates a Dread Chamber. It will walk towards the player slowly, but attacking him will make him sprint as fast as a player.

The Soulkeeper has 150 Health points, but once it gets below 40 Health, it will go into its second phase, where it will Regenerate all of its Health, equip a Protection III Ethersteel Helmet and Chestplate, and its sword will get enchanted with Soul Breaching. If you manage to defeat the Soulkeeper, it will drop these following items:

 -1 Soul Key (100%)

 -1 Ether Key Upgrade Template (33%)

When you defeat this boss, three Souls will spawn in place of the Soulkeeper.
