Blocks and Items
Ellipsis adds three blocks and one item that silence in-game sounds.
Omnidirectional Sound Canceler
Cancels sounds made by blocks touching any of it's faces. Sounds made by the green glass in the image below would be cancelled, but sounds made by the red glass would not be.
Directional Sound Canceler
Cancels sounds made by the block touching the face with the bulls-eye. Sounds made by the green glass in the image below would be cancelled, but sounds made by the red glass would not be.
Regional Sound Canceler
Cancels sounds within a sphere with a radius of 1 - 8 blocks. Right-click with an empty hand to increment the radius, shift right-click with an empty hand to decrement the radius.
Earmuffs
They go in the helmet slot and cancel all in-game sounds. They can be dyed in the same way as leather armour.
