About

Description

Adding onto Minefantasy: Reforged and Embers Extended Life, this mod works to integrate the two into a smooth, seamless package that weaves together the systems of both mods. Forge the full range of MineFantasy weapons out of any of Embers materials, process all MineFantasy metals with Ember's melter and stamper, and use MineFantasy's research system to progressively unlock Ember's tech! Now updated to work with MineFantasy's 0.3.3 Data Driven Update, and filled with config options to allow users to style this mod in a myriad of ways to fit any modpack! Be it dwarven high fantasy adventures or steampunk magitech, Emberforged is here to enable a new world of adventures!

Current features include (but are not limited to):

- MineFantasy weapons and armor made of Embers metals

- MineFantasy-style recipes for many Embers items and blocks

- Molten metals for all MineFantasy metal types--even custom materials and materials from other mods!

- Including Embers items in MineFantasy's Engineering research tree

- Enables smelting of Embers ores in MineFantasy's bloomery and big furnace

This mod was made in collaboration with PIPPIP5789, who did much of the initial legwork with this mod's predecessor Embers of Minefantasy: Reforged, as well as in collaboration with StoicSWE, who knows Java much better than me.

As of version 2.0.0, Emberforged requires the Unofficial Extended Life version of Embers, not the Rekindled version. Other features of 2.0.0 include increased config options and support for the many config options provided by both MineFantasy and Embers, more recipes, more bugfixes, reworked Alchemy recipes, and reworked Stamper recipes!

Older update announcements:

Unlike the original, Emberforged will not auto-generate new recipes and registry files, but those can be downloaded and installed separately, files and instructions found on the Minefantasy discord server. I'll remedy this in a future update, unless PIPPIP5789 beats me to it.

As of version 1.0.1, Emberforged now adds all relevant recipes automatically. If you are updating from a past version, you will need to delete MineFantasy: Reforged's config file (or just the custom folder within MFR's config).
