Description
This mod has many configurable changes that makes enchantments better for late-game modpacks or if you just want to have a fun late-game world.
The options in the mod are:
- Enable custom combining - Allow enchantments to be combined up to level 10 and remove the level limit in the anvil.
- Enable custom handling for infinity - Higher levels of infinity are more likely to make tipped and spectral arrows infinite.
- Enable custom handling for mending - Higher levels of mending mend quicker by using less xp.
- Enable custom handling for protection - High levels of protection actually give more protection, but at a diminishing rate.
- Enable custom handling for lure - Levels of lure above level 3 gradually get faster up until the fastest speed at level 10 (which is faster than vanilla level 5).
- Enable custom handling for quick charge - Levels of quick charge above level 3 gradually get faster up until the fastest speed at level 10 (which is same as vanilla level 5).
- Enable custom handling for breach - Levels of breach above level 4 gradually get faster up until the fastest speed at level 10 (which is same as vanilla level 7).
- Enable custom handling for swift sneak - Levels of swift sneak above level 3 gradually get faster up until the fastest speed at level 10 (which is same as vanilla level 5).
- Enable custom handling for multishot - Levels of multishot above level 1 are available (and do the same as in vanilla, adding 2 arrows per level).
- Enable custom handling for luck of the sea - Levels of luck of the sea level 5 and up can still get junk items.
- Enable custom handling for thorns - High levels of thorns actually do more damage.
- Enable custom handling for silk touch - Higher levels of silk touch gradually allow mining more blocks that it usually cannot mine:
- Levels ≥ 3 can mine farmland and path blocks.
- Levels ≥ 5 can mine suspicious gravel and sand.
- Levels ≥ 7 can mine budding amethyst.
- Levels ≥ 8 can mine infested blocks.
- Levels ≥ 9 can mine reinforced deepslate.
- Level 10 can mine monster (not trial) spawners.
- Anvil price multiplier - Multiplier for anvil prices to make it cheaper (rounded up).
- Anvil breaking chance multiplier - Multiplier of the 12% chance that an anvil breaks to make it less likely.
- Enable looting increases xp - Looting levels above 3 increases xp dropped by mobs.
- Disable open water check - Disable the open water check for getting treasure from fishing.
- Options for combining the following enchantments together: sharpness-like, protections, depth strider & frost walker, infinity & mending, piercing & multishot, channeling & loyalty
- Enchanting table bookshelves handling - What method is used for bookshelves counting with enchantment tables:
- INFINITE - infinite height of enchanting tables.
- VANILLA - vanilla method of counting.
- CUSTOM - custom height of enchanting tables.
- Max height of bookshelves - Maximum height of bookshelves considered when CUSTOM handling is selected above.
- Max bookshelves for enchanting table - Maximum amount of bookshelves counted by enchanting tables (unless VANILLA handling is selected).
- Option to enable picking up highest value experience orbs first.
You can also disable the mod from within the options menu / config file and it will be overridden by servers with the mod enabled (unless you're hosting).
The mod also adds the other level enchantment books to the creative menu, but this is not configurable since it cannot be updated while running the game (disable also doesn't disable this).
It also makes the /enchant command much more flexible (allows incompatible enchants + any level up to 127 + works on books), but this is not configurable seperately (the disable option should work though).
Requires:
- Minecraft 26.2
- Fabric Loader 0.19.3
- Fabric API 0.154.2+26.2
- Cloth Config 26.2.155
- (Optional) Mod Menu 20.0.1
