Description
Tired of the RNG of enchanting tables? Tired of finding useless enchanted tools in structures around the world? This mod adds a new way of using enchantments. Using the enchanting workstation you can extract, upgrade, combine, split etc enchantments from books and items. Every enchanted item you find can now be used for your next enchanted gear! Find the enchanting workstation in a new type of village house that generates in all village types, search for a house with a bottle of enchanting in an item above its door.
For the full experience enable the config option that removes the enchanting table recipe so that all enchantments have to be found in the world, otherwise this mod can become a bit overpowered. There are a whole bunch of config options for configuring the experience cost of different operations.

Operations possible in the enchanting workstation
Extracting Enchantments

Enchanted item + book = enchanted book (The enchanted item breaks) or enchanted item + book = item + enchanted book (depending on config)
By default it costs one xp level per level of enchantment extracted
Upgrading Enchantments

Enchanted book + enchantment dust = enchanted book
There are two types of dust:
- Enchantment dust: Created by smelting an enchanted book. It can upgrade enchantments to the vanilla max level
- Advanced enchantment dust: Can be crafted from the regular enchantment dust, diamonds and enderpearls. Can upgrade enchantments to one level above vanilla max (configurable)
By default it costs one xp level per added level of enchantment
Combining Enchantments

Enchanted book + enchanted book = enchanted book
By default there is no cost for combining books. The reasoning behind this is that there is a cost when you apply it on an item
Scrubbing Away Curses

Enchanted item or book + curse scrubber = item or book with curses removed
The curse scrubber can be crafted from sponge and iron nuggets
By default it costs 5 xp levels
Splitting Enchantments

Enchanted book + book = enchanted book + enchanted book
By default there is no cost for splitting books. The reasoning behind this is that there is a cost when you apply it on an item
Applying Enchantments

Item + enchanted book = enchanted item
By default it costs one level per enchantment added to the item
Repairing items

Item + repair item = repaired item
By default it costs two levels per repair regardless of previous repairs
