Enchantment To Attack Faster

This mod is an unofficial Neoforge 1.21.1 port of Attack Speed Enchantment - Minecraft Mods - CurseForge.

It’s a small and simple mod that adds a new enchantment which increases an item’s attack speed (technically, it reduces the attack cooldown).

Enchantment books can be found in loot chests, such as those in stronghold libraries.

At its maximum level (Level 10 / X), the enchantment can completely remove the item’s attack cooldown.

By default, the maximum level is set to 5.

Since Mojang switched to a datapack–driven enchantment system (really annoying) in newer versions, the maximum enchantment level can no longer be changed via a config file.

To modify it, you need to modify the following datapack json instead:
data/attackspeedenchantment/enchantment/fasterattackspeed.json
