About
Description
This mod ( version 1.0.0) adds coastal rose (Rosa rugosa), cyathea (tree ferns in Cyatheaceae), wild kumquat( Citrus hindsii), glehnia( Glehnia littoralis) in vanilla minecraft.
You can find coastal rose bushes in stone hills and beaches. right clicking will drop petals and fruits which can be eaten, and fruits can be used to synthesize seeds. right clicking with shears will drop suckers. suckers and seeds can be planted on grass blocks or sand to generate a seedling, which will grow into a bush. Note: you can transplant bushes by shears. destroying bushes with bare hands will hurt yourself and drop nothing. Also do not try to "run into" these bushes. They really hurt!
You can also find glehnia on beaches. they can be destroyed with shears to generate glehnia roots, which can be used to plant or eat to give strength. right clicking with bare hands will give seeds that can also be planted. This plant is traditionally cultivated in China so you can cultivate them in farmland beside sand or grass.
You can find cyathea in jungles and dark forests. destroying them by any means will only drop sticks. The correct way is to click its top with a glass bottle to collect spores. After that, apply the spores to a moss block. then you will get its gematophytes, which you can destroy to store. If you plant it somewhere or simply leave it on the moss block, the gematophyte grows to a cynthea top, after which it continues to grow and reach 5 block height at maximum.
You can find wild kumquat bush on beaches. Similar to rose bushes but it flowers then fruits. You can directly plant its fruits (the only way to propagate) or eat them.
