Energy Core Extend

This mod brings the energy core from 1.18.2+ back to 1.12.2, providing unlimited capacity.

This has added a 9th-level energy core - the capacity of the first eight levels remains unchanged.

Meanwhile, this mod has increased the transmission rate of the energy tower to Long.MAX_VALUE and made it compatible with the Flux Network.
