This adds many fleshy items, damaging effects you are pretty much stuck with, glitchy looking items, new portals, and a new dimension. I am not good enough to make it full horror yet, so it is moreso dread.

World Menu Yeah. One of the worlds is green. The world in the other images was a world made after. -
Looking Through Hyf You can see through their version of a dirt block. Those are rotted bones and brains down there. -
