Essence that can be used to make additional resources 

Mobs drop basic mob essence which can be used to craft mob drops
Essence ore drops basic ore essnece which can be used to craft ingots, gems ect

Mobs now drop differnet types of mob essence which can be used to make differnet mob drops such as gunpowder and rotten flesh

Ores drop basic essence which can be used to make coal and copper (more recipes coming soon)

This applies to all ores including modded ones(if they have the forge:ores tag)

Can be changed in the config to make it drop more or less commonly
