Description
A bliss like plugin, with 12 Essences, each with their own abilities and passives.
Mechanic
Upon joining, the player gets a free reroll orb that can change your Essence to another random one and a crystal with a randomly chosen Essence which is soulbound to the player and always set to the first hotbar slot (Essence gems don't work if they aren't set there). Each player starts off with 6 "energy" levels which is the maximum amount one can have.
Each Essence ability has a cooldown ranging from 50 seconds to 20 seconds that is triggered by pressing F with the Essence crystal in hand. Using abilities requires at least current 2 energy levels and the passive requires 1 energy level. At 0 energy levels the Essence crystal will display the status "BROKEN", being of no use. It can be recharged by right clicking with an Energy item in the air.
If the player dies to another player, they lose 1 energy level and the killer gains 1 energy level (if already at 6 energy levels the killer gets the energy level as an item instead), but if they die to other causes the energy level is lost.
Crafting
There are 2 crafting recipes that are introduced with this plugin:
- An Energy crafting recipe ( Shown in Gallery )
- A Reroll orb recipe ( Shown in Gallery )
Both can be crafted normally in a crafting table in survival gamemode
Usage
/essences view to view all essence gems in the plugin (doesn't require operator)
/essences get ( Essence type/Random ) to get a random essence gem if you don't have one (requires operator). Empty arguments supplied to get will return a random essence gem.
/essence give (all/specified player/self) (Essence type/Random) to give everyone/someone in specific/ you a random or specified essence gem. Empty arguments supplied to give will return a random essence gem. ( Requires operator )
/essence reload-config to reload the plugin configuration stored in the config.yml file located in the serverRoot/plugins/Essences directory. ( Requires operator )
Essence gems don't work in creative!
