Even Better Amethyst (Backport)

This mod makes amethyst more usable by offering several changes. Firstly, the budding amethyst block found in geodes, which is the only block amethyst shards can grow on, can now be crafted using an amethyst block and encircled with amethyst shards, allowing amethyst to be collected more easily.

Since amethyst is now easier collected and farmed, this mod also adds several new blocks for decoration:
