The Origin Story: The Final Hat Repository

Too many hats are being stuffed in a chest
Too many hats put our storage to test
By a couple of players who couldn't stop looting until our base was a total mess

Too many hats spilling out of the bins
Too many hats covering our shins
So we built a Hat Repository to hide all the guilt of our fashion sins

Too many hats without heads to wear
Too many hats are just sitting there
So we force 'em on top of a wandering sheep...
Too many hats, I just wanna sleep!
🔥 ENTER: EVERYONE HAS HATS! 🔥 Now you can finally put a top hat on a sheep, or a propeller beanie on a zombie. The world is your runway!

Features of this Glorious Addon:

  • Interactive Fashion: Simply Right-Click any mob with a Simple Hat in your hand to equip it!
  • Easy Removal: Sneak + Right-Click with an empty hand to snatch the hat right back.
  • Broad Compatibility: Works with Vanilla mobs out of the box, utilizing intelligent reflection to find heads.
  • GeckoLib Support: Full soft-dependency support for GeckoLib! Animated mobs will wear their hats properly while walking, breathing, or attacking.

The Built-In In-Game Hat Studio

Not every modded mob has a perfectly standard head. Sometimes hats float. Sometimes they clip. We hate that.

Type /hatstudio in-game to open the custom 3D editor!

  • Live 3D preview of ANY loaded entity wearing a hat.
  • Adjust X/Y/Z position, scale, and rotation in real-time.
  • Select specific bones for the hat to attach to (works beautifully with GeckoLib!).
  • Click "Save to Resourcepack" to instantly generate a local resource pack with your custom offsets! Share it with your server or modpack users!
