About
Description
This will add no items, no mobs, and no blocks to the game; it will just significantly increase or decrease the difficulty of the game; it's dependent on you. You can choose to make the game easier or harder in the config folder, but you can't config too deeply into the mod.
This is the way that the mod makes the game more difficult (for now at least)
1. Tougher mobs.
All living creatures except the player will take 50% less damage.
2. More fragile player.
The amount of damage received will be multiplied by 1.6 on normal difficulty and by 2.23 on hard difficulty.
3. Fall damage increase.
Fall damage on normal difficulty will be multiplied by 2.16 on normal difficulty and will be 3.61584 on hard difficulty.
4. No full hunger bar.
Players who respawn on all difficulties (except peaceful) will have their default food reduced. On hard difficulty, changing dimensions decrease hunger as well.
5. Slower attacking.
On normal difficulty, the player's attack speed will be reduced by 0.2; on hard difficulty, it will be reduced by 0.4.
6. Non-protective armor.
Mob attacks will bypass armor on Normal. On Hard, mobs attack will bypass armor and also armor enchantments and effects like resistance, absorption, etc.
