Adds 4 regions to various underused parts of the game.

Adds some fancy items, such as:
- Vitrified foods (attribute, can happen to all)
- Ectoplasm, bonus loot from some variant of somebody
- Effigies, an alternative to the totem
- fish! surrender your tools to the void at the end of the game
- Warhorns, ectoplasm and goat horns don't mix well..

Vitric foods, acquired by transmuting any food item in the calm, get eaten twice as fast but only 2/3rd of food value

Execution, an alternative to Sharpness, instakills below a certain % threshold
Hollow core, a Mace enchant, which makes it do uh. Mace things. Horisontaly, based on your velocity
Arbalest, a Bow enchantment, an alternative to Power, shoots a much stronger and heavier projectile upon fully charging
Enemies
Vitrified, a Desert skeleton stays partially invisible until it attacks something. Circles around the target and appears in groups. Also, is the way to get arbalest
