About

Description

This Forge mod aims to add multiple Vanilla-friendly, progression-friendly equipment sets.
That's it. No multi-tools, no hammers, no trinkets, no extra bow tiers, no extra shields, no bullsh*t.
Some items may have special abilities, but they're tweaked precisely to fit the Vanilla experience.
If the special ability is an enchantment, they're all built-in, so the equipment can still be enchanted.
There are a few optional cosmetic additions, such as lanterns.

All the textures are made by me, some of them might've been inspirations.

Version 1.7 - Obsidian & Steel

Added Obsidian equipment.
Smelt Obsidian to obtain Obsidian Ingots.

  • Balanced between Diamond and Netherite.
  • Armor is very knockback-resistant.

Added Steel equipment.
Combine Iron Ingots with Coal to make Steel Ingots.

  • Slightly more durable than Iron.
  • Armor is a bit more resistant than Iron.
  • Less attack speed but more damage.

Version 1.6 - Nether Quartz & Rose Quartz

Added Nether Quartz equipment.

  • Nether version of Iron with more durability.
  • Faster attack speed overall.
  • Armor comes with built-in Thorns.

Added Rose Quartz equipment.
Combine Nether Quartz with Redstone to make Rose Quartz.

  • Same stats as Nether Quartz.
  • Standing near active Redstone grants special effects depending on the item.

Version 1.5 - Amethyst, Touchstone & Chainmail

Added Amethyst equipment.

  • Slightly more durable than Iron
  • Pickaxe and Sword comes with built-in Fortune and Looting respectively.

Added Touchstone equipment.
Combine a Ball of Silk with Amethyst Shards to make a Touchstone Crystal.
Balls of Silk can be found as uncommon loot in mineshafts and dungeons.

  • Same stats as Amethyst.
  • Tools come with built-in Silk Touch.

Added Chainmail.
Combine Chain to make Chainmail.

  • No changes to the armor, Vanilla stats remain.

Version 1.1 - Blaze

Added Blaze equipment.
Combine Iron Nuggets and Gold Ingots with Blaze Powder to make Blaze Ingots.

  • Same tier as Diamond but less durability.
  • Armor has built-in Fire Protection.
  • Tools have built-in Fire Aspect.

Version 1.0 - Emerald

Added Emerald equipment.

  • Balanced between Iron and Diamond.
  • More enchantable and durable than Iron.
  • Slightly faster attack speed.

Emerald Horse Armor can be found as rare loot.
