Description

A cave with a fully-powered enchantment table, showing bookshelves hanging above the normal enchantment area.

Extended Enchantment Range alters the distance at which an enchantment table can detect bookshelves.

By default, it extends the horizontal range by an additional 2 blocks, and the vertical range by 3 blocks up and 2 blocks down.

A mockup of the expanded bookshelf detection range; the smaller inner box is the vanilla range, the outer yellow box is the new range.

To facilitate this, the enchantment menu now performs a breadth-first search from the bookshelf toward the enchanting table -- the old vanilla approaches to blocking bookshelves won't work the same way!
