Description
Tired of the same gameplay in Minecraft? Extreme Randomizer adds new challenges and ways to play Minecraft. Fight your way to an unknown world, where everything is random! Invest XP points in skill trees, unlock companions and test your luck with the newly added Tarot cards!
This mod is currently only on Fabric and the latest version is compatible with Dimensional Villages, Biomes o Plenty, Terralith and Repurposed Structures.
It is suggested to start a new world with structures enabled and atleast normal difficulty.
- Biomes from every dimension can appear in every dimension.
- Randomized vegetation drawn from vanilla and installed biome mods.
- Randomized natural mob spawning across surface, cave, and dark environments.
- Random hostile dungeon and mineshaft spawners.
- Randomized generated chest loot, including compatible modded structures.
- Thirty-three mystery Tarot outcomes with permanent discovery tracking.
- Two persistent XP skill trees for improving luck and village defenses.
- Big Yahu 2000, a hovering robotic village protector with melee and unlockable eye lasers.
- Automated village laser turrets as a late-game skill-tree reward.
- Random death respawning when no bed or respawn anchor is set.
- Optional support for popular biome, terrain, structure, and travel mods.
Randomizer modes
Normal
The most playable way to experience the randomizer.
- Ender Dragons, Withers, Wardens, Guardians, and Elder Guardians are excluded from randomized spawning.
- Daytime random hostile is minimal.
- Caves and dark places receive a controlled population of random non-boss hostiles.
- Generated chest loot is randomized, while ordinary mob drops remain vanilla.
- Random dungeon and mineshaft spawners use hostile non-boss mobs only.
Intense
Everything from the full chaos experience, with enough restraint to remain survivable.
- Nights consist almost entirely of hostile random selections.
- Daytime hostile selection is reduced.
- Ender Dragons and Withers are rare wild spawns. Wardens have a bigger chance of spawning however.
- Bosses are completely excluded from dungeon and mineshaft spawners.
- Vanilla mob drops.
- Hostile mobs have a small chance to drop one Tarot Card.
- Tarot use, chaos achievements, sleep protection bypass, and the harsher death-screen messages are enabled.
Complete Chaos mode (for all the true GAMERS, can you defeat THE Enderdragon in the End?):
- Every eligible mob (including bosses and both Guardian types) can spawn anywhere at any time.
- Every hostile mob is eligible for randomized block spawners.
- Both generated chest loot and mob drops are randomized.
- Randomized enchanted loot can exceed normal maximum levels by one or two levels, such as Protection V–VI and Unbreaking IV–V.
- Overleveled enchantments also appear on their own enchanted books.
- Nearby monsters cannot prevent sleeping.
