Add durability to your firework rockets!

Fireworks can now have durability (3 uses by default), as well as be enchantable with Unbreaking and Mending. They are not stackable! Rocket recipes are modified to only output one rocket. Technically works server-side, but durability won't show and attempting to stack them looks a little funny. Put it on both sides for the best effect.
To configure, add a single file called fireworkdurability.txt to your config folder. Inside, put the number of uses a firework should have. To set it to 10, for example, the file should look like this:

After changing and saving the file, restart the game.
