adds an option to filter genetic individuals from forestry extensively using the ftb filter system
use the smart filter from ftb filter systems and an intuitive menu to filter out possible combinations of traits and genomes via the new "Forestry Genetics" filter option. you can then use the filter in any ftb filters compatible slot, like mekanism sorters and ftb quests
