This fountain will only generate in any overworld biome (only generate in world gen of course).
That Fountain is Enderling's Outpost. Enderling is Descendant of the Enderman. also known as Monsters transformed by the spring
Fountain spread End Biome and void... if you found those. You need break it
Of course This Fountain can break. but be carefull... Enderling will angry about it...

This monster has many eyes. be carefull if you even see the body's eyes. you will danger...
Snearling(From Dungeons)
