Description
A mod that is all about modesty and charity!
This mod will allow you to get stronger and progress by abstaining from expensive items [listed below] and giving some of your food for charity. By following the rules of the mod, you'll be able to unlocks powerfull tools and weapons.
Plant, Harvest, Give
Faith Emblem:
A chestpiece armor item that records your progression with the mod. Wear this item on your chest to progress through the mod!
Every minute in which you don't have an expensive item [listed below] in your inventory you get 1 Faith Point. But if you are caught with expensive item on you, you'll lose 30 FP [Faith points]. To see how much FP you have move your curser on the faith emblem.
NOTE: by removing the Faith Emblem from your chest or inventory your FP will be resetted to 0!
What are the expensive items\blocks?
- every tool\armor piece with more than 200 durability, are considered expensive.
- The following list:
- Diamond and Diamond Block and Ore
- Gold ingot, Block and Ore
- Golden Apple
- Golden tools\armor
- Golden Carrot
- Gold Nugget
- Cake
- Emerald, Emerald Block and Ore
- Ender Pearl
- Ghast Tear
- Glowstone Dust
- Glowstone Block
- Beacon
- Dragon Egg
- Lapis Block
- Nether Star
[To Be Implemented later: An item\block that can be crafted with expensive item\block will also be considered expensive.

Charity Chest Block:
The charity chest let you donate food in exchange for Faith Points. You can donate food to the chest by right-clicking the chest with a food stack, and if you wear your Faith Emblem you'll get FP in return. The amount of FP you get is determined by the size of the stack, the hunger point of the fod and the saturation of the food. Its better to donate a full stack to get extra points.
To retrieve the food, you need to have NO Faith Emblem on your chest, and shift click the chest. You'll get one of the stacks stored.
WARNING: Breaking the chest won't drop the content of the chest!
Note: The Charity Chest has no GUI.
Faithed Soil Block:
The Faithed Soil is a block that can ease farming. You can grow crops on it without the need of water, and jumping on it wont destroy the crops. In addition, if you rigth click the block while there are fully grown crops, the block automatically harvest and re-plant the crops.
Oils:
Oils are crafting components. As to version 1.0.2, there are 3 different kinds of oils: base oil, bark oil and seeds oil.
Faithed Wooden Sword:
Faithed Stone Pickaxe:
cheap and effeicient pickaxe that let you mine blocks up to obsidian.
[To be implemented later: will not break blocks if you not wearing the Faith Emblem.]
Glowing Wooden Axe:
Very effecient axe that can also be used as a weapon. Gives you buffs per hit depending on the amount of FP you have on your Faith Emblem.
Buffs are additive:
- More than 30: Water breathing and fire resistence for 8 secs.
- More than 100: Resistance 2 for 8 secs.
- More than 200: Strength 2 for 8 secs.
- More than 300: Regeneration 3 for 8 secs.
- More than 600: Speed 3 for 40 secs.
- More than 1000: Absorption 3 for 40 secs.
- More than 1500: Health Boost 4 for 40 secs.
- Less than 0: Hunger 6 for 12 secs.
Like every tool from this mod, the tool repair itseld over time if you have more than 30 FP on your faith emblem.
Glowing Flint Scythe:
A tool to ease farming. Right click on a crop to harvest and re-plant a 3X3 area of fully matured crops. Won't harvest non-mature crops. In addition, this item is effective for breaking grass, dirt and farmland.
Like all the tools, it repairs itself over time if you wear the Faith Emblem, and you have more than 30 FP.
Glowing Farmer Block:
Set adult animals on fire for 30 seconds. Used for automating leather and meat productions.
Doesn't work on players, zombies or villagers.
Fluffy Cotton Crops:
Fluffy cotton seeds and crops are a way to get feathers, strings and wool via farming. Craft 9 fluffy cotton to create wool, 4 to create feather and 3 to create string!
Soil Fertiliser: [1.10.2 only]
Consumes coal oil to make plants grow faster for 10 seconds. Has a range of 5X5 when this block places in the center.
