Fred's Frights

This mod introduces a terrifying new boss, Fred, a massive, armless monstrosity that can be summoned using a Flesh Shard—crafted by surrounding a Nether Star with Rotten Flesh. Defeating Fred might reward you with his Snot (granting strange potion effects), Nails (usable as a weapon, or food), and gross Flesh Blocks).

Right-click Fred to be transported into his stomach, a dangerous new dimension with Nether-like terrain. Inside, you'll encounter Flesh Foots (zombie-like creatures), Saliva Slimes (dropping slime balls to craft blocks that make you jump very high), and Acidic Piranhas (deadly fish that spawn in stomach oceans and can be cooked into food). Survive this nightmare and claim the unique rewards.

(Use another Flesh Shard to go back to the overworld spawn)
