Freezing Wand

This is my first and probably last mod. The drive behind this mod was to learn Java. I made this in 2-3 weeks so please give me some feedback, I love a challenge. Since this is my first mod I also had to learn how to use github so if there is something wrong or should be changed please let me know.

MOD IS CURRENTLY FOR NEOFORGE 21.0.30-beta

Features:

Crafting recipe, Advancement, Statistics, Anvil Repair and Crafting table repair, Dispenser behaviors, Wand Attunement, Melee capabilities, damage/potion Effect, Particles, Ice block Collection

Advancement & Statistics:

To start your freezing wand journey you must collect an Ice block to unlock the advancement tree and acquire the crafting recipe.

Added statistics for how many ice blocks the player has collected for each type of block (ice, packed ice, blue ice)

Wand Attunement:

There are 4 Wand Attunements, One for each ice block (Ice, Packed Ice, and Blue Ice), and the last is for the Ranged attack

To cycle between attunements use either the Cycle Keybind or use the respective keybind to directly select the Attunement you wish. (By default the wand is in Ranged Firing mode)

- Ranged Mode:

> Features two firing modes alternating depending if the player is crouching/sneaking

> Main ranged attack fires a shorter ranged AOE attack (Costs 20 durability)

> (Shift) Alt ranged attack fires an accurate long ranged direct attack with minor splash damage (Costs: 40 durability)

- The Ice Block Modes:

> Each futures their own item texture and animation if the attuned block is within 8 blocks of the player

> Each can place their respective block on another ice block, replace flowing water or a watersource block. (Disclaimer! to place on water there must be a block under or near the water. YOU CANNOT PLACE BLOCKS IN THE MIDDLE OF WATER!)

> Each can replace non-ice blocks at the cost of additional durability

> Each mode costs varying durability to use scaling linearly from ice to blue ice

> Each mode can collect their respective ice block if the place is holding shift and right blocks the ice block

>> Collecting Ice returns durability to the wand

- Melee:

> In ANY ATTUNEMENT MODE you can use the wand as a melee weapon

> Melee attack applies frozen debuff, slowing movement and causing freezing damage

Anvil and Crafting Table Repair is done using Ice, Packed Ice, and Blue Ice

- Crafting Table Repair: Place one type of ice block in crafting grid, each repairs different amounts of durability.

- Anvil Repair: varies exp cost based on block used for repair, Anvil repair completely repairs the wand

ISSUES:

If there are any issues I will try to fix them, I do not intend to really keep this mod up-to-date It is staying as Minecraft 1.21, but once Neoforge 21 is out of beta and officially is released I will update it to that so the mod is not longer on NeoForge 21.0.30-beta. Please feel free to fork from the github source and use this mod in your mod packs. 

If there are enough requests I will add configurable properties.
