FriendlyFireBetter is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod that prevents you from accidentally attacking your own pets or friends.

Perfect for Survival, SMPs, and PvP servers, this mod modifies client-side combat behavior to block melee attacks against friendly targets and provides clear feedback with a no-damage hit sound—similar to hitting a creative-mode player.
