Description

Gaggle of Golems adds Golems from Minecraft Dungeons, Minecraft Earth, Minecraft Story Mode, and Minecraft Legends into Java Minecraft.

Redstone Golem:

The Redstone Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)

The Redstone Golem is like a stronger Iron Golem. It will shake when its health is low and can be repaired with Redstone Ore. The Redstone Golem also spawn Redstone Mines that explode when a monster steps on them.

Copper Golem:

The Copper Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. When the Lightning Rod is struck by lightning the Copper Golem will spawn.

The Copper Golem will press Copper Buttons. Copper Buttons can be crafted with a Waxed Copper Block. Copper Golems will oxidize every so often. When fully oxidized the Copper Golem will stop working. The oxidation can be reversed by lightning or with an axe. It can also be healed with Copper Ingots.

Melon Golem:

Melons can be carved with shears. Carved Melons can be used to summon Melon Golems. The Melon Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Melon last.)

Melon Golems are like a slightly stronger Snow Golem.

Furnace Golem:

The Furnace Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. Right-click the Blast Furnace with a Coal Block to summon the Furnace Golem.

The Furnace Golem will set fire to its targets when attacking. It can be healed with Coal, Charcoal, or Coal Blocks. Right-clicking on a Furnace Golem with an ore will instantly smelt it. This will do 5 points of damage to the Furnace Golem. The Furnace Golem will shake and smoke when it's at low health.

Icy Golem:

The Icy Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)

The Icy Golem will throw large snowballs at its targets when attacking. The snowball has a chance to trap mobs in powdered snow.

Magma Golem:

The Magma Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)

The Magma Golem will throw fire at its targets when attacking and set the ground on fire once in a while.

Cobblestone Golem:

The Cobblestone Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)

The Cobblestone Golem is designed as a weak early game golem.

Mossy Golem:

The Mossy Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)

The Mossy Golem will spray players and other golems with water to heal them.

Plank Golem:

The Plank Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)  Any overworld plank can be used.

The Plank Golem will shoot arrows  at its targets when attacking.

Grindstone Golem:

The Grindstone Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. Right-click the Pumpkin with a Prismarine Crystal  to summon the Grindstone Golem.

The Grindstone Golem will attack monsters as well as function as a grindstone. Right Click the golem while sneaking to remove all enchantments from the item in your main hand. In exchange, you will receive some xp based upon the enchantments removed. It will also take damage each use based on the enchantments removed.  Particles will spawn around the golem when it’s health is low and it can be healed with Prismarine Crystals.

Tuff Golem

The Tuff Golem can be summoned by building the structure below. (Make sure you place the Pumpkin last.)

Right click the tuff golem with a single item (not a stack) to give that item to the Tuff Golem. Right click the golem with an empty hand to take the item back.

All golems can be disabled by gamerules. These are found in the "Spawning" tab.

FAQ:

Can you update this pack to X version?

This mod has a lot of dependencies and libraries that are critical to its function as soon as those are updated and the code is updated (which takes some effort), I will update the mod to the latest version. Follow me on Twitter (@Skilos609_) for updates.

Can you port the mod to fabric/quilt?

Short answer is not likely. Forge, Fabric, and Quilt all have their own APIs and syntax that would basically require me to completely rewrite the mod to port it to a different modding API.

Fair Use:
