Description
The GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy) mod adds GAHT to Minecraft in the form of new items and effects.
There are 3 new effects
- Girl Power
- Boy Power
- Enby Power
Girl power and boy power have the same effect and allow you to dash in the direction you are looking if you are pressing space in midair. Enby power allows you to slide up walls and it also reduces fall damage by about half. All of these effects are able to work together simultaneously.
There are a variety of new items that have been added that allow you to gain these effects. There are also hormone blocker items that allow you to remove the effects. In addition to that there is a bottle of agender, which when consumed will remove your gender effects and store them in a bottle of gender, which can be consumed later to regain those effects. You can also randomize your gender effects by consuming a bottle of genderfluid.
Dependencies
- Requires Fabric API or you can use Quilted Fabric API if you are using the Quilt Loader.

Estrogen Items Shown is the estrogen pill and the bottle of estrogen. The bottle of estrogen gives girl power for 15 minutes and regeneration II for 2 minutes. -
Testosterone Items Shown is the bottle of testosterone and the testosterone gel capsule. The testosterone gel capsule gives boy power for 4 minutes and strength for 1 minute. -
Enby Items Shown is the enby juice and the large enby juice. The large enby juice gives enby power for 15 minutes and resistance II for 2 minutes -
Blocker Items Shown is the testosterone blocker and the estrogen blocker. The estrogen blocker is the same as the testosterone blocker except for that it removes girl power instead. -
Bottle of Genderfluid Randomly gives, changes, or removes genders. It is unlikely to remove genders unless you use it while you have all three effects. -
