Description
Ever wished that Minecraft had more options for full block light sources? Or even more color variants for light sources? This mod could help you out!
This mod features not only 3 (4 if you count subvariants) new Glowstone variants in the forms of Glowstone Bricks, Polished Glowstone, and Polished Glowstone Bricks, but it also features a full array of colors AND soul variants for each block, allowing massive customizability for your light sources!
These new blocks are also fully craftable in survival, also featuring some new materials:
The Glowstone Brick, a material used to craft.. well.. Glowstone Bricks. You can get it by smelting Glowstone Dust in a furnace.
Soul Glowstone Dust, obtained by destroying Soul Glowstone or its variants, which can be used to craft Experience Bottles (or alternatively, just more soul glowstone)
Soul Glowstone Bricks, obtained by destroying Soul Glowstone Bricks specifically, which can be smelted to remove the Soul transformation and obtain some additional XP.
Create Mod Compatibility Features
Along with vanilla recipes for all items, some items have specific Create compatible recipes as well! Some examples include:
Glowstone Haunting: By bulk haunting Glowstone Dust, you can make Soul Glowstone Dust.
Glowstone Compression: By pressing Glowstone Dust (or the Soul variant), it gets converted instantly into a brick.
Glowstone Milling: Milling Glowstone Bricks reverts them to dust.
Soul Glowstone Mixing: By mixing together one Glowstone Dust and one Soul Soil/Sand, you can get up to 3 Soul Glowstone dust!
Soul Glowstone Crushing: By crushing Soul Glowstone, you have a small chance to receive a nugget of experience! However, in return, you only receive 1-2 Soul Glowstone Dust.
Dye Washing: By using an Encased Fan and Water, you can wash dye off of various Glowstone blocks.
Also, because of Create's default recipe compatibility, you can create most Glowstone types by compacting in a basin. Neat!

Port to earlier/later version?
Depends how well the mod does. If it gets lots of attention and support, I'll consider it. I do this as a hobby though, and have actual responsibilities to deal with besides, so it probably will be a while before this gets ported to a different version.Port to (Neo)Forge?
No. This mod is basic enough that it runs fine under Sinytra Connector, so if you want it, use that instead.
