These can be obtained by destroying divine flowers.
However, divine flowers do not appear naturally.
They are created in an explosion when you enter a fire with a Search Flower.
Normal armor cannot withstand this explosion.
Apart from that, you will need a large number of other items.
However, beyond that lies an item with overwhelming power.
You'll just have to try it!!
