GONMOD
GON randomly spawns near you in survival mode and relentlessly hunts you down.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47.4.21+
Features
- Spawns near survival players (32-48 blocks away) at random intervals (default 2-6 minutes, configurable)
- Chases faster than the player, ignoring steps, water, and obstacles
- Plays a dedicated chase sound that gets louder as it gets closer
- Deals 10 damage on contact (half the player's max HP)
- Cannot be killed by any damage
- If it actually kills you, a fullscreen jumpscare with sound plays
- Doesn't despawn after a kill — keeps hunting other players while it's alive
- Automatically disappears 30-60 seconds after spawning
