Grand Line is a full-scale addonpack for the Palladium mod that brings pirate-anime powers to Minecraft. Build a Sea Prism Altar, forge a Devil Fruit from rare ingredients, and eat it to permanently inherit its power — complete with custom 3D models, transformations, and dozens of hand-tuned abilities.

But the sea never forgets. Eat a fruit and deep water becomes your enemy. Eat a second fruit and the sea devils will tear you apart.

Each fruit is a complete power set with its own abilities, effects and visual identity:

⚔️ Character Kits & Legendary Blades

Beyond the fruits, over twenty character-inspired kits are included — swordsmen, emperors and warriors who need no fruit at all. Custom outfits render on your player model, and legendary blades carry their own movesets and abilities: three-sword style, black blades, dual katana draw systems, and more.

🔥 Ambition (Will)

Everyone develops Ambition. Fight, kill, and survive to build your Will — a progression system that tracks your growth and unlocks awakened disciplines as you become someone the world can't ignore.

🌊 The Sea Prism Altar

Devil Fruits aren't loot — they're forged. Build the altar, gather the ingredients for the fruit you want (each has its own recipe and rarity tier), hold a Devil's Core and sneak-click to cycle through recipes. Fruits range from Early-game to Mythic.

📦 REQUIREMENTS

This is an addonpack, not a standalone mod. You need these installed:

Recommended: Better Combat — enables the custom weapon movesets on all the blades.

💾 INSTALLATION — please read, there is an extra step!

1. Install Fabric for 1.20.1 and all the required mods above.
2. Drop grandline-1.25.1.jar into your mods folder.
3. Open the jar with any zip program (7-Zip, WinRAR, or rename to .zip). Inside you'll find two script files:
   • grandline_server.js → copy to .minecraft/kubejs/server_scripts/
   • grandline_client.js → copy to .minecraft/kubejs/client_scripts/
4. Launch the game.

⚠️ Step 3 is not optional. The Sea Prism Altar, fruit eating, Gear timers and Ambition all live in those scripts. Without them the items exist but nothing happens.

On a server

Put the jar in the server's mods folder and grandline_server.js in the server's kubejs/server_scripts/. Every player needs the jar and grandline_client.js on their own client.

🎮 QUICK START

1. Craft a Sea Prism Altar and place it down.
2. Get a Devil's Core.
3. Hold the Core and sneak + right-click the altar to cycle recipes. It tells you what each one needs.
4. Gather the ingredients, then right-click the altar to forge the fruit.
5. Sneak + right-click while holding the fruit to eat it. (Normal right-click just holds it, so you can't lose one by accident.)
6. Open your Powers menu and check your new abilities.

Warning: one fruit per person. A second one is fatal. Deep water now weakens you — that's canon, not a bug. If you want out, forge the Erase Fruit.
