Gravity, Gourds, & You

Overview

This mod adds a slightly kooky way to farm melons and pumpkins. Quick rundown:

• Pumpkins and melons no longer break when pushed by a piston. They also obey gravity.
• Upon falling on blocks like pointed dripstone, melons and pumpkins split into slices.
  • Farmer's Delight must be installed for pumpkins to drop pumpkin slices.
  • Large pumpkin slices from Autumnity also break into slices. (Note that Abnormals Delight must also be installed for the standard pumpkin-to-slices cutting board recipe!)
  • [1.21.1] Gourdnuts from Abundant Atmosphere drop two pumpkin slices.

Config

• Number of pumpkin slices dropped from pumpkins that fall on dripstone (default: 4)
• Chance of dropping extra pumpkin slices (default: 0)
• Number of extra pumpkin slices that would drop (default: 0)
• [1.19.2 & 1.21.1] Whether falling gourds deal damage to entities (default: true)

Block Tag

Blocks with the block tag gravity_gourds:pointy will turn gourds into their sliced forms. By default, this just includes vanilla's pointed dripstone.

Requires Blueprint. Optional compat with Farmer's Delight and Autumnity.
