About
Description
guizoom is a pure client-side GUI/HUD scaling mod.
· Vanilla integer scaling: directly uses the vanilla GUI Scale, offering the best compatibility.
· Fractional/continuous scaling: supports non-integer multipliers, making scaling smoother and more flexible.
· Magnifier mode: uses the mouse pointer as the anchor, so content under the pointer stays in the same position before and after scaling, making clicks natural and accurate.
· Center zoom mode: zooms anchored at the screen center and automatically converts mouse coordinates, ensuring clicks, hover, and tooltip positions are correct.
· You can adjust GUI/HUD scaling with the scroll wheel whether in a GUI or with no GUI open. · Smooth scaling can be enabled or disabled.
· The zoom value approaches the target value via exponential decay, with configurable speed, so scroll-wheel zooming does not feel abrupt.
· Scaling is applied before and after GUI/HUD rendering via render events, so the GUI and HUD can change together.
· Pure client-side; no server installation required.
· Does not use Mixin or Access Transformer, and is implemented mainly through Forge public events.
· Windowed mode triggers vanilla resizeDisplay, causing other mods' GUIs to re-layout according to vanilla logic.
