Welcome to HammerCraft: Chaos Realm, an epic dark-fantasy action RPG mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge 21.1.190) inspired by the rich lore and atmosphere of Total War: Warhammer III!

Step through the forbidden portal, brave hazardous biomes filled with dynamic audio, fight brutal creatures, and challenge four legendarily lethal Ruinous Powers bosses in their duel dimensions to claim god-tier artifacts!

🔮 The Main Dimension: Ocean of Souls

The true heart of the mod! The Ocean of Souls is a massive, content-rich dimension packed with unique biomes, dangerous terrain, custom structures, secret loot chests, and custom voiceovers from Warhammer III.

The Ocean of Souls is divided into 5 Major Chaos Territories:

• 🔴 Khorne Territory: 4 martial biomes filled with blood, brass, and battle.
• 🟢 Nurgle Territory: 4 decay-infested swamp biomes.
• 🟣 Slaanesh Territory: 4 biomes of deadly temptation and torment.
• 🔵 Tzeentch Territory: 4 ever-shifting, spell-infused biomes.
• 💀 Undivided Chaos Territory: 4 desolate wasteland biomes where chaos reigns in pure form.

🚪 How to Enter the Ocean of Souls:

1. Prepare a Witch: In the Overworld, inflict a Witch with overload magic (at least 5 active status/potion effects simultaneously).
2. Perform the Ritual: Strike the overloaded Witch using a Ritual Digger (ritual dagger) to mutate her into a horrific Chaos Spawn.
3. Slay the Spawn: Defeat the Chaos Spawn to obtain Demon Essence.
4. Ignite the Portal: Build a standard frame with Crying Obsidian and activate it using Demon Essence.

⚔️ 4 Dual/Boss Dimensions

Unlike the vast Ocean of Souls, the 4 minor dimensions are dedicated Boss Arenas. Each features a single, monochrome biome and minimal structure—designed solely for pure, deadly boss confrontations.

• 🔴 Kthrone: The brutal arena of Valkia the Bloody (Khorne).
• 🟢 Ngarden: The rot-infested duel domain of Tamurkhan, the Maggot Lord (Nurgle).
• 🟣 Spalace: The lethal arena of Sigvald the Magnificent (Slaanesh).
• 🔵 Tlibrary: The arcane citadel duel ground of Eric the Changer (Tzeentch).

🔑 How to Obtain the 4 Dimension Keys:

Each boss dimension requires a specific Realm Key obtained through unique, lore-bound methods:

• 🔴 Key of the Throne (Kthrone):
  • Standard: Low probability drop from Khorne Chaos Warriors found in Khorne Fortresses/Outposts.
  • High-Risk Hidden Method: Slay Skarbrand through a dangerous sacrifice ritual. (Warning: Skarbrand is the most terrifying and aggressive entity in the entire mod!)
• 🟢 Key of the Garden's Depths (Ngarden): Feed a Nurgling a bowl of Father's Rich Soup to cause it to swell into a Great Unclean One. Defeat the Great Unclean One to claim the key.
• 🟣 Key of the Palace (Spalace): Locate an Altar of Agony structure in Slaanesh biomes. Charge it with 4 Nether Stars, then use the Ritual Digger to sacrifice a trusted companion (pet or mount) nearby. If accepted, the altar yields the key.
• 🔵 Key of the Library (Tlibrary): Found inside loot chests within Tzeentch Fortresses of Change and Crystal Mazes.

The Ocean of Souls is littered with thematic structures, towers, and ruins:

• 🟢 Nurgle: Rotting Castles & Rot Fly Nests.
• 🟣 Slaanesh: Elegant White Palaces & Altars of Agony.
• 🔵 Tzeentch: Citadel of Change & Complex Crystal Mazes.
• 🗼 Scattered Structures: Dozens of unique towers, monuments, and ruins generated across all territories containing rare loot and Nether Star fragments!

👾 Mobs & Legendary Bosses

• 🐺 27 Custom Mobs: Ranging from atmospheric creatures to brutal hostile demons.
• 👑 6 Epic Boss Encounters:
  • 🩸 Valkia the Bloody (Khorne Champion) – Flying martial terror.
  • 🎭 Sigvald the Magnificent (Slaanesh Champion) – Swift, graceful, and devastatingly precise.
  • 🦠 Tamurkhan, the Maggot Lord (Nurgle Champion) – An unstoppable titan of decay.
  • 🔮 Eric the Changer (Tzeentch Champion) – Master of chaotic arcana.
  • 🪓 Skarbrand the Exiled – High-risk secret summon boss.

🛡️ Armor & Progression System

1. Starter Tier – Demonsteel Armor

• Stat-wise equivalent to Netherite Armor (with slightly lower durability).
• Essential protection for newly arrived adventurers in the Ocean of Souls.

2. Advanced God-Aligned Armor Sets

• Upgrade Path: Upgrade Demonsteel or Netherite armor using 4 Unique God Smithing Templates and God-Specific Ingot Metals:
  • 🔴 Rage Set (Khorne): Increased Defense + Permanent Strength.
  • 🟢 Corruption Set (Nurgle): High Toughness, Knockback Resistance, Poison Immunity, Regeneration & Resistance (applied with Slowness).
  • 🟣 Obsession Set (Slaanesh): Extreme Speed & Haste + Berserk Strength at low HP.
  • 🔵 Scheme Set (Tzeentch): Fall Damage Immunity, Ranged Damage Boosts & Temporary Flight!

3. 🏆 Uncraftable Champion Armor Sets

Obtainable ONLY by defeating the 4 ultimate Champion Bosses:

• 🪓 Khorne Champion Armor: High defense + Strength + Haste + 2x Damage when wielding Axes.
• 🦠 Nurgle Champion Armor: Massive resistance + 2x Damage against Poisoned targets.
• ⚔️ Slaanesh Champion Armor: Extreme Mobility + Armor-Piercing Attacks (ignores defense).
• 🪽 Tzeentch Champion Armor: Extended Flight duration + Enhanced Ranged & Magic Potency.

🔮 Mod Integrations & Compatibility

• ⚡ Zero Required Dependencies: HammerCraft: Chaos Realm has NO required dependency mods! You can install it and enjoy 100% of its content standalone.
• 🧙 Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks Integration (Optional):
  • Both Tzeentch Armor Sets (Scheme Set & Tzeentch Champion Armor) feature dynamic integration!
  • If Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks is installed, equipping either Tzeentch set automatically grants tier-appropriate magic stat boosts (Spell Power, Mana, and Cooldown Reduction).
  • ⚠️ WARNING: If Iron's Spells is installed, DO NOT attempt to cast magic in front of Khorne or Valkia… Khorne despises magic!
• 🔍 JEI / REI Recommended: Installing Just Enough Items (JEI) is highly recommended to easily view custom Smithing Templates, material recipes, and ritual crafts.
