Happy Ghast: Flying Platforms

Build a flying home on your Happy Ghast! Wood, stone and iron platform harnesses support up to 500 placed blocks, travelling companions, supported storage and crafting interactions. Use an original ghast whistle to choose wait, free movement or follow.

Construction extends five blocks above and below the deck and one block beyond its horizontal edges. Start on the top surface, then extend from existing blocks. Mounted travel includes boost, ascent and descent.

Requirements: Minecraft Java 26.2, NeoForge 26.2.0.79 and Java 25. Install the same HappyGhast-FlyingPlatforms-0.6.32.jar on the server and every client. Remove previous versions from the active mods folder and back up worlds before updating. The internal mod ID remains ghastplatform.

Beta limitations: platform redstone is intentionally disabled. Liquids can be placed but do not flow off the platform. Not all vanilla block entities, ticking behaviours or external mod interactions are supported. This is not a complete independent Minecraft world.

The preceding gameplay build passed isolated packaged dedicated-server startup, harness equipping, saving and clean shutdown. Real two-player concurrency and latency testing remain pending; full third-party compatibility is not guaranteed.
