Harvest Helpers

Harvest Helpers is a lightweight Minecraft mod for Fabric 1.21.1 that adds a fertilizer tool and a few new fruit trees. Built using modern development tools like Data Generation and Mixin for maintainability and performance.

Fertilizer

  • Can be used on farmland blocks to boost crop growth 15 times
  • Once fertilized, has a 35% chance per random tick to boost crop growth by 1 stage
  • Reverts back to regular farmland after 15 crop boosts
  • Only works on crops (ie. wheat, carrots, beetroots)

Fruit Trees

  • Orange – Spawns in forest biomes & restores 1.5 hunger bars per fruit.
  • Peach – Spawns in flower forest biomes & restores 1.5 hunger bars per fruit.
  • Lemon – Spawns in sunflower plains biomes & restores 1.5 hunger bars per fruit.

Installation

  1. Install Fabric Loader and Fabric API.
  2. Download the mod JAR and place it in your .minecraft/mods folder.
  3. Launch the game with the Fabric profile.
