About

Description

How it Works
Death Penalty: Every time you die, you lose permanent Max Health (Default: 1 Heart).

Zero Hearts = "Ban": If your health reaches zero, you aren't deleted. Instead, you are forced into Spectator Mode.

The Timer: You must wait out a revival timer (Default: 5 hours) before you respawn as a survivor again. (In this version you have to relog to respawn.)

Recovery: Regret your mistakes? Eating an Enchanted Golden Apple restores 1 lost heart (up to the max of 10 hearts).

Configuration (Commands)
You don't need to edit config files to change the difficulty. Everything is controlled via vanilla-style Gamerules, making it easy for server admins to tweak settings on the fly.

Available Commands:

Set Revival Time

Command: /gamerule reviveTimeSeconds <value>

Description: Sets how long a player must wait in Spectator Mode after losing all hearts.

Example: /gamerule reviveTimeSeconds 60 (Bans the player for 1 minute).

Default: 18000 (5 hours).

Set Health Loss Amount

Command: /gamerule heartLossAmount <value>

Description: Sets how much health is lost per death (2 health = 1 heart).

Example: /gamerule heartLossAmount 4 (Player loses 2 hearts per death).

Default: 2.

Set Regeneration Amount

Command: /gamerule heartRegenAmount <value>

Description: Sets how much health is restored when eating the required item (2 health = 1 heart).

Example: /gamerule heartRegenAmount 20 (Restores full health instantly).

Default: 2 (1 Heart).

Configuration (Commands)

You don't need to edit config files manually to change the difficulty. Everything is controlled via in-game commands, making it easy for server admins (OPs) to tweak settings on the fly.

Available Commands:

Set Revival Time

  • Command: /heartmod config reviveTimeSeconds <value>

  • Description: Sets how long a player must wait in Spectator Mode after losing all hearts.

  • Example: /heartmod config reviveTimeSeconds 60 (Bans the player for 1 minute).

  • Default: 18000 (5 hours).

Set Health Loss Amount

  • Command: /heartmod config heartLossAmount <value>

  • Description: Sets how much health is lost per death. Note: Minecraft uses "Health Points" where 2 Points = 1 Heart.

  • Example: /heartmod config heartLossAmount 4 (Player loses 2 hearts per death).

  • Default: 2 (1 Heart).

Set Regeneration Amount

  • Command: /heartmod config heartRegenAmount <value>

  • Description: Sets how much health is restored when eating an Enchanted Golden Apple.

  • Example: /heartmod config heartRegenAmount 20 (Restores full health instantly).

  • Default: 2 (1 Heart).
