Hearts Plus adds extra hearts (max health increases) that can be found as rare loot in chests inside structures across your Minecraft world.

Explore dungeons, temples, and other generated structures to discover heart items hidden in loot tables, giving you a new way to progress through survival beyond armor and enchantments.

🧠 Survival Progression System

Each heart item acts as a permanent max health upgrade when consumed in singleplayer by giving you more heart containers which increases your max health capacity.

This creates a loot-based progression system, rewarding exploration and making structures more meaningful throughout your world.

⚔️ Multiplayer Gameplay

In singleplayer, hearts are permanent and cannot be lost In multiplayer, hearts can be stolen when a player is eliminated

This introduces a more competitive and high-risk system in PvP environments.
