Description

What is Herobraine?
Herobraine is not just a common hostile mob. It is an advanced psychological horror entity designed to create an immersive suspense experience in Minecraft. It observes your actions, reacts to your environment, and uses multiple behavior states (Observing, Stalking, Building, Haunting, Vanishing, and Retreating) to torment unsuspecting players.
Why download this mod?
If you are looking for a horror experience that goes beyond simple "jump scares", this mod offers a persistent and intelligent stalker. Herobraine actively interacts with the world around you: he breaks blocks near you, builds mysterious structures, manipulates redstone, and sends unsettling messages directly in the chat, creating a unique and deeply paranoid atmosphere.
Key Features
- Dynamic and Adaptive AI: Seamlessly switches between 6 distinct behavior states based on your proximity, line of sight, and actions.
- Environmental Manipulation: Builds mysterious structures (stone crosses, cobblestone circles, soul torches, netherrack fires) and toggles nearby redstone lamps on and off.
- Psychological Effects: Applies short, disorienting Darkness and Blindness effects, plays eerie ambient sounds, and sends subtle or threatening messages directly to the player's chat.
- Extreme Survivability: Boasts 2000 HP, full knockback resistance, and immunity to fire, lava, drowning, fall, and in-wall damage. When attacked, he teleports behind the player before vanishing.
- Server-Optimized: Intelligently ensures that only one instance of Herobraine exists within a 128-block radius, preventing lag, duplication, or chaotic behavior in multiplayer environments.
⚠️ Critical Information
- Ritual Requirement: Herobraine does not spawn randomly by default. The spawning system is only activated after the completion of a specific in-game ritual (managed by the mod).
- Multiplayer Note: The mod is designed to track individual players, making it fully functional and terrifying on multiplayer servers.
⚠️ Content Warning & Health Disclaimer
This mod contains psychological horror and suspense elements that may not be suitable for all audiences. Before playing, please be aware of the following features:
- Anxiety & Paranoia: The AI is specifically designed to create a constant feeling of being watched, stalked, or isolated, including unsettling messages sent directly to the in-game chat.
- Visual & Status Effects: The mod intentionally applies Darkness, Blindness, and Nausea effects to increase immersion and disorientation.
- Age Recommendation: Not recommended for young children. Parental discretion is strongly advised for players under 14 years of age.
- Health Warning: Not recommended for individuals with severe anxiety, phobias, photosensitivity, epilepsy, or heart conditions. If you experience any discomfort, excessive fear, or anxiety, we strongly recommend pausing the game immediately and removing the mod. Your health and well-being come first. :)
