Hire mercenaries and workers with emeralds. They follow you, fight for you, or work a trade and bring what they gather to a chest.

🤝 Hiring

  • Free mercenaries wander village biomes. Right-click one with emeralds to hire it (10 emeralds = 5 days).
  • Mercenary Contract (paper + iron sword + 5 emeralds): use it on the ground and a hired mercenary appears.
  • Each emerald adds a day. They warn you before the contract ends, then leave with their gear.

⚒️ Eight trades, chosen by what's in their hand

Give it Trade
Sword, bow, spear, trident, mace Mercenary: follows you or guards a spot
Axe Lumberjack: chops natural trees like a player, pillars up tall ones, replants
Pickaxe Miner: real branch mining toward a target ore, or expeditions through a Mine Entrance
Hoe Farmer: harvests and replants
Fishing rod Fisher: real bobber, vanilla odds, treasure included
Shears Rancher: shears, breeds, culls extras
Bundle Hauler: moves items from nearby chests to its own
Bowl Cook: runs furnaces and smokers

Workers use a chest at their post to store what they gather, swap tools before they break, eat when hurt, and sleep in a bed at night.

  • Levels 1–10: more health, more damage, faster work.
  • Groups and the Command Horn: order everyone at once.
  • Foreman's Rod: mark a work area for each worker.
  • 12 medieval skins.
  • Patron's Handbook: an in-game guide every new patron receives.

💬 Talk to them

Type their name in chat: Wren, what are you doing?, Garrick, find 10 iron, all, follow me. Simple orders work with no AI at all, in English and Spanish.

Optional: the server owner can add an Anthropic API key to let them understand free-form sentences and chat in character (Claude Haiku 4.5 by default). The key stays on the server and is never sent to players.

🤝 Contratar

  • Mercenarios libres aparecen en biomas con aldeas. Clic derecho con esmeraldas para contratarlos (10 esmeraldas = 5 días).
  • Contrato de mercenario (papel + espada de hierro + 5 esmeraldas): úsalo sobre el suelo y aparece un mercenario ya contratado.
  • Cada esmeralda suma un día. Te avisan antes de que se acabe el contrato y luego se van con su equipo.

⚒️ Ocho oficios, según lo que tengan en la mano

Le das Oficio
Espada, arco, lanza, tridente, maza Mercenario: te sigue o monta guardia
Hacha Leñador: tala árboles naturales como un jugador, sube a los altos con un pilar y replanta
Pico Minero: minería en ramas de verdad buscando un mineral, o expediciones por una Entrada de mina
Azada Granjero: cosecha y vuelve a sembrar
Caña de pescar Pescador: corcho de verdad, probabilidades de Minecraft, con tesoros
Tijeras Ganadero: esquila, cría y sacrifica lo que sobra
Saco Cargador: lleva lo de los cofres cercanos al suyo
Cuenco Cocinero: usa hornos y ahumadores

Los trabajadores usan un cofre en su puesto para guardar lo que sacan, cambian la herramienta antes de romperla, comen si están heridos y duermen en una cama de noche.

Agachado + clic derecho: vista en 3D, equipo, mochila, nivel, contrato, tarea actual y botones Seguir / Esperar / Trabajar / Grupo.

💬 Háblales

Escribe su nombre en el chat: Wren, ¿qué haces?, Garrick, busca 10 de hierro, todos, síganme. Las órdenes sencillas funcionan sin nada de IA, en español e inglés.

Opcional: el dueño del servidor puede poner una clave de la API de Anthropic para que entiendan frases libres y conversen en personaje (Claude Haiku 4.5 por defecto). La clave se queda en el servidor y nunca se envía a los jugadores.
