About

Description

This mod is a standalone from another mod of mine thats in a WIP phase, BuildsNBarrens.

Okay, creepers, right? The awful things that blow up your stuff?
Yeah, I've made them even more awful!

This mod adds 4 main things to the creeper lineage:

Rependare
Basically a creepery, moss-ish blockset. Creepers now spread patches of rependare upon
exploding, along with its reproductive ascus which is simply named "violent ascus" due to it
forming a new creeper or charger upon being exploded, furthering the spread of creeper holes
and making everything so much worse!
Bringing a bow in caves or nighttime expeditions is very reccomended so you can deal with
  creepers from a distance.

Chargers
A rependare formation that resembles the common creeper you know and despise... If it was a
gamer and was hit in the face with a frying pan-
Instead of exploding their targets directly, these gremlins decided that using small
explosions to chuck themselves at the aggressor - knocking them backwards in what is
essentially an overly violent faceplant - was a better idea.

Channelers
These curlier formations had been modified a long, long time ago, early geomancers
experimented with rependare to create an explosionless form to test it's other properties
safely, later deciding to shove a lightning rod through its shaggy skull to test
  conductivity...
They don't talk about what happened next- Either way, they now spread charge to their
explosion-prone buddies, coming out of hiding during rain and thunder! YAY!

Creeper Woods
Small spruce banks and shores holding a concentrated abundance of rependare, instead of
small residues in the dirt and stone. Patches of rependare cover the floor, along with
  exposed violent ascus...

Have fun!
